Administration Manager
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Manager to join the team at Lady Davidson Private Hospital.

As a hospital leader, this position is responsible for administration team performance across the following key domains:
people and safety, financial and operational.


Location - North Turramurra


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and maintain efficient hospital administration workflow processes (i.e. patient booking, admission, discharge, billing and collections) to meet operational and financial targets.
  • Implement Healthscope's quality improvement frameworks and support the achievement of Accreditation.
  • Maintain a highperforming Administration Department that delivers great outcomes.
  • Support VMO partners and hospital business partners by building and maintaining positive working relationships.

  • Managed Key Performance Indicators for success (HR, quality and financial).
  • Led a high performing team across the employment lifecycle.
  • Established and managed relationships with key stakeholders, networks and customers.
  • Coordinated resource allocation (e.g. rostering and skill mix).

  • Participated in accreditation.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • TAFE/ Certificate
  • Diploma level qualification in Frontline Management, Business Management or related discipline (or working towards same)

Desirable:

  • Bachelor level qualification in Healthcare Management, Business or related discipline (or working towards same)
