To support the quality of use of medications you will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy, the Deputy Director of Pharmacy (Quality and Informatics) and the Senior eMM Pharmacist to advise on the integration of eMeds systems managed by the Pharmacy Department, with Western Health systems.

This will require strategic thinking, analysis and optimisation of digital-clinical workflows and implementation of strategic objectives to innovate and standardise practices and processes.

You will have an active role in medications management governance through the Digital Health, Medication Safety and Pharmacy committees.

You will also advise on the strategic vision, planning and implementation of a number of large projects including the New Footscray Hospital, the Bacchus Marsh and Melton Community Hospital transition and Closed Loop Medication systems including Automated Dispensing Cabinet and robotic solutions.
