You will be providing support services to assist with performance and planning to achieve the client and contact centre's objectives.

We are seeking a Workforce Planner to join us as a key player within our Workforce Management Team to deliver highly essential services.


The Opportunity


Reporting to the Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for the alignment of schedules to forecasted requirements, and delivery of accurate and timely reporting to ensure that service targets are effectively planned for whilst balancing efficiencies with employee satisfaction and Serco policies.

You will have experience managing capacity, utilization and costs when reporting and forecasting requirements.

With the help of various Workforce Management systems, you will increase efficiencies across the contract through analysis and implementation of strategic recommendations.

You will be required to have demonstrated experience in the delivery of workforce management processes in a call centre environment to produce accurate and consistent results.

You will also have high levels of integrity when finding solutions to problems, as this will ensure success and opportunities for career development within the vast Serco community.

This role is crucial to the short
