About The Role


Reporting to the Head of Tech Support, you'll be trained to become the support team leader of one of our product offerings.


You must have 3+ years customer service experience in an environment such as retail, hospitality, IT client success/support... etc.

About The Person


Although we are more than happy to consider any body with passion for customer service, the ideal person would have about 3 years of professional customer service experience.

The KEY however to this role is the genuine passion for quality customer service, problem solving and leadership.

An ideal person would be someone who's a currently employed as store manager, or; a team leader in either hospitality or IT environments - someone who's doing an exceptional job where they are but is looking for professional growth, more responsibility and better remuneration prospect.


You must have:

  • 3+ years experience in customer service related role such as retail, hospitality, IT support/client success
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Passion for quality customer service
  • Selfdriven and motivated
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Problem solving skills

Your responsibilities will include

  • Taking full ownership of the support for one of our products
  • Triaging client issues and assigning tasks to the Level 2 support team
  • Stay up to date with the latest changes and features of the platform
  • Report to the support manager

Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:

Base: Between $60K and $70K + Super depending on experience

OTE: Between $70K and $90K/Year on meeting KPI(s)

Share Options: Share options might be offered at end of probation

Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year.
