One of Australia's most crucial Federal Government departments in
Canberra is looking to engage
MULTIPLE experienced
Project Support Officers to join a team to deliver cutting edge capabilities in support of a nationwide, enterprise program of work.

The role will be based in
Canberra with the
successful
Project Support Officers to be offered an initial
12 month contract with possibility of extension.

The successful
Project Support Officer will be responsible for the below:

Be a part of the design and implementation of systems and networks
providing security assessments and architectural advice.
Monitor networks for intrusions using skills in Network Security Monitoring, Threat Hunting and Network Forensics.
Build and implement security monitoring use cases.

The successful
Project Support Officer will have experience in the following:

Demonstrated experience in monitoring use case development, implementation and maintenance
Knowledge and experience in assessing and developing network security architecture.
Proven experience in SOC including conducting security monitoring, threat hunting and incident response activities.
