As a Team Assistant, you will be an integral part of a closely-knit team of six individuals. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in processing orders from our global client base.Some clients prefer placing orders over the phone, requiring guidance on product selection to achieve their desired outcomes, while others utilize our online gateway for order processing.
In this role, you will handle various tasks, including product setup, order tracking, scheduling feedback sessions with specialists, and providing assistance wherever needed.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is eager to dive into the tasks at hand and grow within our organization.
While technical knowledge is advantageous, it is not essential, making this position suitable for recent university graduates as well.
Ultimately, we are searching for someone who remains calm and composed when faced with ambiguity or challenging situations, displaying tenacity in finding solutions.
This is a full-time position based in North Sydney. Initially, you will be required to work in the office full time to familiarize yourself with the role.
However, once you have grasped your responsibilities, the position will transition into a hybrid arrangement, with three days in the office and two days remote.
Our managers are approachable and down to earth, creating a friendly and harmonious work environment. Our company comprises approximately 50 employees who serve clients across the globe.Salary:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
