We are currently seeking a suitably experienced and motivated Health Care Worker to join our team at Maldon Hospital.

We're looking for someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As a Health Care Worker, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of Maldon Hospital.

About you

As the successful applicant you will:

Certificate III in Aged Care, or equivalent
Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Deliver patientcentred care that meets best practice standards and in line with Dhelkaya Health requirements
Have medication endorsement or be willing to undertake a course within the first 3 months of commencement.
