Role Overview:


As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting educators to provide an inclusive care and education environment for all children at the centre.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the implementation of the educational programs, fostering children's development, ensuring health and safety standards, and building strong relationships with the children and families.

Qualifications and Skills:


If you have a genuine interest in working to support all children's inclusion, possess effective communication skills, and are committed to ongoing training and development, we want to hear from you.


  • Commitment to training in First Aid and Child Protection
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Experience working in education or similar field (desirable)
  • Basic computer skills

  • Package:$54,916
  • $58,089 gross p.a. (full time equivalent) plus 11% superannuation.

Hours of work:Multiple temporary part time roles are available, with hours ranging from hours per week.

  • Applicants must be available work a range of shifts from 6.45am 6.15pm Monday
  • Friday.
