ACMI's vibrant calendar of exhibitions, screenings, commissions, festivals, and industry and education programs - both in-venue and online - explore the stories, technologies and creators that make our shared screen culture.

Join ACMI as our Content & Social Media Advisor to lead the development and implementation of content strategies across ACMI's social media channels that grow ACMI's audiences, reputation and brand (full time ongoing role).

This role crafts ACMI's social engagement with audiences, devising and delivering rich and engaging content for both paid and organic campaigns.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll conceptualise, produce, and repurpose content for ACMI's owned channels, report on social media performance metrics, collaborate on broader marketing campaigns and stay abreast of industry developments and best practice.

Our ideal team member will have experience managing multiple social media accounts and implementing communications strategies and campaigns aligned with organisational values.

A skilled and respectful relationship builder you enjoy working collaboratively with influencers and other stakeholders. With strong organisational and project management skills you can confidently prioritise activities and manage competing demands. Your excellent communication skills enable you to solve problems and manage stakeholder expectations.

Your proficiency in social media management tools, analytics and content management systems (CMS) will see you thrive in this role.

This Grade 3.2 role is offered on a full time ongoing basis with a starting salary of $83,333 plus super.

You will have the flexibility to WFH and Federation Square (Melbourne).
