Opportunity for Personal Care Assistants to join Catholic Healthcare's casual pool offering flexibility of shifts in various locations across Western Sydney.

Home locations include Norwest, Blacktown, Casula and Kemps Creek.


_ All successful applicants will be required to attend the assessment centre for interview at Mackillop House, Norwest on 8th February 2024 from 10am to 12pm_

As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home like environment you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with personal care such as showering & dressing
  • Supporting with day to day tasks such as eating and social activities
  • Working with clinical staff to ensure care & medication plans are followed
  • Maintaining documentation & working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
  • Providing high quality service to families and the community

_ What you will need to be considered:_

  • A genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
  • Great communication & team work skills
  • Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Fully COVID vaccinated
  • NDIS screening check or willingness to obtain
  • Police check or willing to obtain
  • Must be available for 3 or more shifts per week
