The Opportunity:


We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our Brisbane, Ann Street or Melbourne team on an initial 7 month Fixed Term Contract basis.


As a HR Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and development of the HR Systems, including but not limited to supporting day-to-day operational activities, providing first line technical support and training to the HR team in their use of Oracle Fusion, configuration of new functionality and assisting with various HRIS projects.


About You:

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • HR Systems experience across a number of systems (preferably with Oracle or similar HRIS)
  • Experience working within a corporate or professional services environment, with a commercial approach to your work
  • Reporting production and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills (incl. pivot tables and vlookups)
  • Aptitude for problem solving and analysis
  • Configuration skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, to tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide variety of audiences
