Finance Officer (6-month contract) - 3 Days per week

A prestigious financial services organisation are hiring a skilled and experienced Finance Officer to handle Accounts Receivable duties in a fixed interim basis.

Reporting directly into the Regional Financial Controller, you will handle high volume invoices and billings across differing trading entities.

Responsibilities:

Handling the Accounts Receivable function throughout a period of transition for the business
Receipting and allocating daily payments against invoices across various subscription models.
Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual billings.
Weekly reporting to external customers
Respond to inquiries regarding billings
Resolution of customer queries and escalation to business as required
Other duties as requested to support the broader finance team
Following up overdue balances with internal business stakeholders and external customers
Must have skilled knowledge of Netsuite software and have immediate impact into the role.
Experienced in operating complex and differing subscription models is essential for this role.
Financial Services experience is desired.
Thorough understanding of the Accounts Receivable process and able to resolve any issues relating to invoicing with external parties.
