Resto Country Spares.

Resto Country Spares, a GPC Asia Pacific business, is a leading supplier of new, restoration and reconditioned automotive spare parts for Holden and Ford vehicles. With a strong customer following and support from GPC Asia Pacific and brands such as Rare Spares, Repco, NAPA and more, Resto Country Spares has a strong online presence, and is the go-to for all Holden and Ford car enthusiasts. Our office is based in Moorabbin, and we service customers in Australia and New Zealand, as well as other overseas markets.


As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our valued customers, provide support, and ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Liaise with our warehouse on orders and stock availability
  • General Administration

Requirements:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Problemsolving mindset with the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong work ethic
  • Available to work one Saturday a month (9am 1pm), and Mon-Fri 8am 5pm
