About the Role
Our client is seeking a Business Readiness Lead, to join their team of 5. The team are focussed on output and effective change.


Reporting to the Director of Special Projects, you will be responsible for facilitating organisational disruption to develop a change strategy and detailed implementation plans, ultimately equipping the industry be prepared for changes to come.

In this role you will be responsible for however not limited to the following

  • Develop a change management strategy
  • Initiate programs to promote change adoption and usage
  • Identify potential points of resistance to change and developing counter strategies
  • Create detailed implementation plans for imminent and future action
  • Provide support for development of team structures and business/individual capabilities
  • Review and disrupt current processes
  • Work with the team to create and manage stakeholder communications and engagement
  • Partner and engage with key stakeholders
  • Identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change
  • Maintain regular status reporting as it relates to the change program initiative including budgets, progress, risks and status

About You
To secure this great assignment you will have the following

  • Proven experience disrupting and leading change
  • Ability to embed behavioural and mindset outlook
  • Confident and resilient
  • Demonstrated liaisons with Unions, bureaucratic or Government
  • Previous experience reviewing job roles and updating capability
  • Forward thinking
  • Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid analytical, negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Flexibility to travel to sites if you see need
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
