We deliver services across the ACT covering children, families, young people and seniors including disability, housing and mental health services.


We are currently seeking a passionate
_Service Delivery Engagement Officer _to provide effective design of client/participant goals and recovery-oriented and reablement activities which have been co-designed by the participant and their stakeholders, under the direction and guidance of the NDIS/Aged Care Team Leader - Direct Service.


Our Offer

  • Permanent fulltime position
  • Salary of WCS 4 $71,364 to $76,537.89 p.a. depending on skills and experience, plus 11% Superannuation.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum Certificate III in Business, Administration or Community Services related qualifications.
  • A high level of skills with client management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability working with participants with psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities, aged persons, including knowledge of capacity building and recoveryorientated and reablement approaches to service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to write effective clientcentred progress reports, support letters and case notes, with a focus on client goals and desired outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, problemsolving and organisational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A selfmotivated person with a positive and mature attitude.
  • Demonstrated skills in supporting all levels of staff and external agencies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality.
