You are an LCL Allocator with experience in freight forwarding. You excel in compliance and administration to ensure client satisfaction and you are adept at working both within a team and independently. If this describes you, we'd love to chat.


About our client:


Our client is a leading player in the freight forwarding industry, Known for their modern fleet, which includes pallet trucks, tautliners, and sprinter vans.

They operate from their own warehouse and work with partners and CFS sites across the Sydney metro area. Their onsite services include container unpacks, export containers, and direct 3PL services.

With a strong focus on customer service, problem solving, and meeting client expectations, they are looking for an experienced LCL Allocator to join their team in Botany.


Responsibilities include:


  • Coordinate company owned fleet & sub contractors' daily activities to meet client and company KPIs.
  • Play a crucial customer service role by dealing directly with key clients and other freight forwarders.
  • Coordinate the LCL Driver team's activities to achieve daily KPIs.
  • Work effectively within the Transport Department to achieve best practices.

Skills and experience:


  • Proven experience in LCL allocation within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Cargo Wise & Freight Tracker is preferred.
