About the Role:


An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Social Worker within the Northern Mental Health Division.


As a Social Worker you will be accountable to the Team Manager / Team Leader for the provision assessment of treatment services for consumers of NALHN community mental health services, and which aim to optimise health outcomes.

In this role you will rotate through a series of clinical services.


As a Social Worker you will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team and liaise directly with medical, nursing staff of NALHN and with other community agencies.


To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
