Your future team
We are seeking a results-driven Principal Innovation Lead to join the CTO Strategic Initiatives team.
As a key member of this dynamic and forward-thinking group, you will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution and delivery of strategic programs in support of building a world-class engineering organization.

What you'll do
- Collaborate and lead a diverse set of crossfunctional partners on a variety of program and business workstreams.
- Become a trusted strategic partner through the structure and clarity of your work.
- Build and lead global innovation programming.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of innovation events.
- Create stable and sustainable programming across regions.
- Technical support of our internal tooling and products used for innovation programming including Jira.
Qualifications:
Your background
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience across program management in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience).
- Demonstrated experience and success leading highimpact, crossfunctional programs or projects with a strong sense of urgency and commitment
- Possesses flexibility and has a history of delivering results in a fastpaced and highly ambiguous work environment.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done through taking calculated risks and experimenting with new solutions
