This diverse consulting business based in the CBD needs your help The established leadership team has over 20 years of experience in the Melbourne market.

This firm completes work for public and private entities as a small team of quantity surveyors. This makes the work/proposals you are working across mixed, exciting and multifaceted.

In a typical open-plan office based in the CBD, you will enjoy a friendly, close-knit workplace with room to add value and have a few laughs along the way


The Opportunity:

A maternity leave cover will slot into an experienced, diverse team of professional quantity surveyors. You will support the senior leadership team daily using your experience in bid coordination and administration.

  • Manage the endtoend production of EOIs, tenders and other publications from concept to delivery there are various templates and best practice resources to assist.
  • Assist in the proofing, editing and writing of documents
  • Ensure great attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Assist with graphic layouts for submissions, design reports, boards and capability statements (InDesign)
  • Social media posts and content
  • General diary management across internal mentoring sessions, staff review bookings and BD meetings completing minutes
  • Organising teambuilding activities
  • Issue and follow up client feedback survey 1 per project
  • Adhoc admin (stationary orders, director travel bookings etc.)

Foundation for success:


  • Degree qualification in Business, Communications or related discipline
  • Strong writing skills and document management expertise
  • Proven experience in the coordination and production of bids and Tender Submissions
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in communications, publications and submission preparation/coordination
  • Have a fun and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Strong stakeholder, relationship management and influencing skills
  • Advanced MS Word skills and proficient in MS Office
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
  • Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
