You will lead a tight-knit team, responsible for providing a high level of customer service, supporting the Store Manager in creating a positive environment that breeds success.

Forming part of the management team, the successful applicant will require the confidence and experience to lead by example and strive to obtain set targets.

You will be responsible for upholding store standards and achieving sales targets, whilst creating a happy and positive work life and environment for you and your team.

With an important focus on store standards, merchandising and sales, there will be a strong requirement for the successful applicant to ensure the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to, whilst embracing our core values by having fun not only with our customers but with your team, too


_ Key Responsibilities Include:
_

  • Energetic customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindset
  • Second in charge responsible for assisting and relieving the store manager
  • Ensuring the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to
  • Achieving store sales targets and maintaining stock integrity
  • Cash control experience
  • Stock control management
  • Vape product knowledge is desirable but not essential
