We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join the team based in our Corporate Office on St Kilda Rd Melbourne.

Key Duties Include;
Work in coordination with G4S contracts across Australia & New Zealand, to manage and prepare all month end, year end and project-based reports
Preparation of returns for FBT, BAS, Payroll Tax
Participate and coordinate internal and external audit preparations
Liaison with all key stakeholders on accounting matters which includes but is not limited to advising on financial modelling, technical accounting aspects, policies and accounting papers
Assist in quarterly and annual forecasting and budget processes
Control the integrity of the debtor ledger and provide accurate and meaningful information to senior management.

We are keen to hear from professionals with 3- 5 years' experience whether from Big 4 to boutique or a multinational company,able to demonstrate the following;
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business coupled with CPA or CA Qualification
3- 5 years demonstrated financial analysis/financial management experience
Outstanding communication skills with an ability to provide financial advice in layman terms to a wide range of stakeholders
Proven working knowledge of accounting and financial concepts and practices
Proven experience in managing business debtor processes and communication of information
Strong accounting systems and process experience
Familiarity and aptitude in working with financial and accounting software including Great Plains
Advanced experience with spreadsheet software (Excel) and other Office software
