We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Project Support Officer within our Battlespace Integrated Solutions line of business based in Edinburgh Parks.

Your new role:

The Project Support Officer is responsible for administration and data management within the Manufacturing team. This position lies within the Surveillance Upgrade area which has moved into the production phase.

In more specific terms you will:

  • Be responsible for daytoday organisation and prioritisation under mínimal supervision
  • Set up and attend regular meetings including taking clear and concise minutes
  • Manage the material required for the project including creating purchase requisitions and cataloguing new items
  • Undertake Project support administration tasks
About you


As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:

  • Team orientation with a high level of communication skills
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Organisational and problemsolving skills
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Excel, Oracle (or other ERP/MRP) software
  • Ability to liaise effectively with management, engineers and technical personnel
  • Experience within Technical or Procurement teams as part of manufacturing will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of MRP desirable


As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
