About the business and the role Our client is a leader in the supply of high end building products into well known distribution points, both Wholesale and Retail.
This business has been in operation for over 60 yeas and has offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

We only deal in top end brands, and have a national distribution network, all operated by an extremely motivated team many of who have been with the company for many years.

Our client is an employer of choice due to the great working environment and flexible management team.

Accounts Payable tasks including entry of supplier invoices and processing of payment runs, supplier masterfile maintenance, reconciliation of employee expenses and other similar accounts payable tasks.

Customer Service tasks including processing of sales orders placed by customers, answering customer phones calls when required and processing claims, credits and arranging returns when requested by customers

Skills and experience Key skills required are previous customer service experience, Accounts Payable and Receivable, ability to pick up quickly on the in-house computer programs, knowledge of the MS Word Suite, including Excel.

The business is located in the heart of Fortitude Valley in great new and modern premises, close the shopping precinct, and also walking distance to the city.

As you will be required to support the retail shop in Pinkenba, you will definitely require your own transport, as public transport to this area is not frequent.

Salary:
$60, $63,609.35 per year
