Where you will be working This is a role working within a large organisation in their office based in inner Brisbane. This position is a Temp role with an immediate start taking you until the start of February


What you will be doing be part of a large and inclusive team responsible for all functions of a fortnightly payroll for approximately 12,500 employees. This is a project-based role with a focus on converting staff from fixed term contract to ongoing

Your duties include (but not limited to):

  • Process high volumes of payroll administration in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain data integrity of employee records including personal details, rates of pay, leave entitlements, deductions, and allowances
  • Entering new, maintaining, and updating existing employee records including employee contracts, deductions, tax, superannuation, costing, salary packaging and employee personnel information
  • Providing advice regarding general Award, Agreement and Policy information as requested
  • Computer literacy and well developed keyboard skills and the ability to produce professionally presented documents Skills & Experience

Do you have what it takesTo be successful within this role you will have proven experience with high volume payroll processing. You will have excellent communication skills, outstanding time management and a commitment to accuracy. AscrenderPay. Aurion or SAP experience is essential.
