(HEO7) $91,187 to $101,987 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Continuing, full-time opportunity available immediately.

Opportunity to be responsible for providing coordination and operational leadership of the allocated International Admissions team in a complex, high-volume environment.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of international admissions matters and Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) assessment matters, and their relationship with international recruitment and marketing.
  • Extensive experience supervising and mentoring staff to build high performance teams in a complex working environment to ensure maximum productivity is achieved against specified delivery targets.
  • Experience and sound understanding of the international admissions process including working with international students in a customer service environment.
  • Proven skills in building constructive relationships with stakeholders both within and external to the higher education sector, including pathway partners, international agent representatives, and service providers such as staff within the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC).
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, including the ability to make effective presentations and produce high quality written documents, training materials and reports.
