Tour Operations Consultant - NSW
Bring your expectational customer service skills, strong operations skills and dedication to this luxury tour operator in Sydney.
The Role**Specialising in history, culture and art tours around the globe this reputable travel company is the one to join.
Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for an array of activities on international and domestic touring itineraries including:
- Managing all aspects of a portfolio of tours from departure to return.
- Liaise with suppliers in confirming all arrangements
- Producing documentation for tour members and tour leaders.
- Assist tour members, tour leaders and suppliers as required.
The Must Haves
- Min 18 months travel industry experience ideally in operations or group travel
- Strong understanding of the touring market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in the arts
