What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Guest Relations Manager you'll work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure that we deliver our vision and mission to be the most hospitable company in the world and the DoubleTree by Hilton brand essence to be Simply Welcoming.
This role specifically needs to focus specifically on:
- Guest relations management and customer service
- A brand ambassador
- Beyond Assisting Guests, It's Ultimate Stay Creator.
- Auditing and database management including record keeping
- Safety and security
- Health & Safety

About You:
- Confident and bubbly personality, with an aptitude for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork, and patience
- Strong English writing/reading/speaking communication, with a bonus for those who are multilingual
- Proficient technology skills and attentiontodetail, with a protection of confidential information
- Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations
- Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry and leadership, recognizing the importance of this role in the guest experience
