Supervisory role

This national business is on a positive trajectory of acquisition and has an expected growth of over 30% in the next two years.

With a head office in Macquarie Park and branches around the country, this business is lead by contemporary forward thinking management.

Reporting to the GM Finance, this role will manage a team of three payroll officers.

In this is a hands-on role, you will run high volume weekly payroll (including processing yourself), drive process improvement, handle escalated queries and ensure a smooth processing and running of the entire payroll.

Qualified by experience, you bring staff leadership, end to end payroll skills from a busy high-volume weekly payroll environment and the knowledge and drive to champion change and improvements overtime.

This is a bonus driven role where you will be rewarded for hitting KPIs and driving success through your team.
