COMPANY PROFILE:

You will be working for a boutique provider of administration services to life insurers and superannuation funds. They are currently expanding their company and are implementing exciting cutting-edge systems to deliver stellar service to their clients.

They are looking for employees to join them during this exciting time, which means you have the opportunity to join from the ground up.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Assisting with preparation of end of month insurance claims reporting
  • Qualitycontrolling completion paperwork before it is issued to clients, as well as peer reviewing reports whenever required
  • Providing excellent client service experience to all clients
  • Displaying empathy to clients during situations of difficulty. e.g. claims, financial hardship
  • Liaising and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including insurers, master administrators and trustees
  • Managing/overseeing the internal claims processes
  • Critically evaluating and challenging claim decisions made by insurers

ABOUT YOU:


  • 2+ years experience in a similar role in the Superannuation/Life Insurance industry is essential
  • Organised and great with time management
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Excellent administrative/coordination skills
  • Team player with initiative and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
