An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced
DC Manager to join a nationally recognised business and a leader in its field.

Bringing your operational expertise, you will play a vital role in growing the teams success.


As the DC Manager you will be responsible for:

  • WHS compliance and demonstrate 100% commitment to safety
  • Monitor the performance and reporting of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control and expenses metrics
  • Develop and manage SOPs and ensure compliance once implemented
  • Uphold or foster positive team morale when faced with business challenges
  • Manage Budgets & Problem solving
  • Stock control
  • Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders

About you:


  • Minimum 5 years warehouse experience
  • People management experience with proven ability to support a high performing team
  • Proficiency in warehouse procedures and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong decision making and problemsolving skills
