An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced
DC Manager to join a nationally recognised business and a leader in its field.

Bringing your operational expertise, you will play a vital role in growing the teams success.

As the DC Manager you will be responsible for:

WHS compliance and demonstrate 100% commitment to safety
Monitor the performance and reporting of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control and expenses metrics
Develop and manage SOPs and ensure compliance once implemented
Uphold or foster positive team morale when faced with business challenges
Manage Budgets & Problem solving
Stock control
Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders

About you:

Minimum 5 years warehouse experience
People management experience with proven ability to support a high performing team
Proficiency in warehouse procedures and best practices
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Strong decision making and problemsolving skills
