Your role will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients in the
_Travel and Recreation - Explore business line_. You will be required to have 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call centre, administration or retail setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work in an office environment.
You will need to be technically savvy with intermediate computer skills, including typing, using the mouse and monitor, and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams.
