- Manage all the social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. As well as managing any changes to the company website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the brand identity.
- Marketing administration duties: Such as preparing the annual Marketing plan and budget, internal meeting agendas and developing marketing materials (flyers, brochures, templates, newsletters, and videos).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. Use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage the relationships with the outsourced Marketing Agencies and organise regular meetings with them to monitor their progress.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.
- 3-5 years of experience in the marketing space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management software and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
