The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring own Health & Safety as well as that of all other workers, identifying and maintaining safe work practices and completing all required safety training.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to provide an efficient and effective endtoend recruitment process as per the Aurelia Recruitment System.
  • Researching and developing appropriate recruitment solutions to reduce recruitment timeframes without compromising on quality.
  • Building effective relationships with internal customers including spending time at sites on a regular basis to build and maintain relationships and understanding the business.
  • Sourcing and managing relations with preferred supplier employment agencies, within Australia and other selected countries as part of a strategy to have a global network of supply.
  • Work closely with Group Corporate Affairs Manager to develop a proactive Company brand and platforms (including LinkedIn, Company Website) to ensure Aurelia's Company profile is widely known and strategy clearly understood from an Employee Value Proposition perspective.
  • Produce correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide leadership essential training sessions to leaders regarding the recruitment process.
  • Assisting with talent sourcing strategies and implementing plans to increase the pipeline of talent for future business growth e.g. University Vacation Programs, Graduate Development Programs, Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Tertiary and Community Scholarships (not all implemented at the moment).
  • Managing recruitment forecasting for the operations and identifying and reporting key sourcing trends.
  • Systems administrator for the Recruitment Module in Kronos and managing the process electronically.
  • Provide recruitment reports that track recruitment progress/status.

About You

  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
  • Qualification in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of fullcycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
  • Ability to organise skills assessment centers (e.g. psychometric testing)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
