ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to take charge of creating memorable events and engagement opportunities for our valued Members in the NSW Region? At CA ANZ, we believe these events are the cornerstone of our commitment to providing a world-class experience for our members and promoting the CA brand.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Managing endtoend facetoface, virtual, and hybrid events
Creating marketing materials and campaigns
Managing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating our regional social media activation and member communication
Supporting local governance and member community groups and committees
Managing member inquiries, interactions, and engagement
Utilising salesforce case management, reporting, and monitoring

ABOUT YOU
If you pride yourself on delivering great service through client/member engagement activities/events this could be the role for you.

To be considered for this you will be able to demonstrate:

You will either have experience in a similar role or be looking for an opportunity to kickstart your Events career after completing relevant tertiary studies.
Prior experience planning & organising events, logistics, sponsorships, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communications highly regarded
Relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders
Impeccable problemsolving, organisation, and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Flexibility to attend /manage events outside of core working hours
