We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead a non for profit service.
- $90K - $100K

Annual Salary review
KPI Bonuses yearly

Our client is a non for profit service who is seeking an experienced director to make this small 36 place service their own with a supportive team.

The service is offering a fantastic remuneration package which is reviewed annual.

This service requires an Diploma or an ECT qualified director who is responsible for planning, organising and coordinating/overseeing the daily operations of this small service.

Great support are in place from the management team and amazing staff benefits are in place for the whole team.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:

An Early Childhood Degree or Diploma in Children's Services
At least 2 years' experience working in a director role
Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
Values a collaborative team approach
Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
A drive to be dynamic, forwardthinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box'
Experience in delivering inclusive early childhood teaching programs
Sound understanding of The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
Be able to drive up Occupancy
A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.
