Who we're looking for:


  • Assist the group manage its asset and credit risks.
  • Provide regular reporting on various risk activities and metrics.
  • Maintain and develop risk mitigation and reporting processes.
  • Conduct analysis to support wholeoflife leased asset management.
  • Provide analytic and technical support to internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:


  • Utilise SAS to compile weekly and monthly Group Risk reports.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to develop/enhance Asset Risk reports and dashboards.
  • Support the analysis, review and improvement of asset and credit risk management tools and data processes.
  • Manage credit scorecard reporting
  • Ensure quality and integrity of internal and 3rdparty data.
  • Identify and remediate coding bugs and errors in SAS programs.
  • Interrogate datasets and process flows to resolve irregularities in risk metrics and reporting.
  • Provide independent assessment of asset risk management performance and accuracy.
  • Assist other business units with adhoc reporting, analysis and process improvements.
  • Liaise with Technology and Business Intelligence units to resolve sourcedata inconsistencies.
  • Support migration of data across systems and update associated SAS code.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Senior Risk Analyst as directed.

Requirements:


  • Experience programming with SAS essential.
  • Experience in data analytics, modelling and forecasting.
  • Tertiary qualified in a quantitative or commercial discipline.
  • Keen eyefordetail.
  • Highly task orientated.
  • Selfstarter who enjoys working autonomously.
  • Motivated to scrutinise technical processes to derive and implement continuousimprovement.
  • Passion for data and deriving insights that support business decisions.
  • Experience in transforming clunky excel spreadsheets into sleek, automated SAS programs preferred.
  • Experience with data visualisation software advantageous.
