About the role

We are seeking a strategic and talented Brand manager to join our client dynamic team in shaping the success of their brands.

You will play a pivotal role to own their end to end got market strategy and executions by driving marketing initiatives and elevate their brand presence in the market.


Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, digital marketing, and event management, you will play a pivotal role in developing impactful brand strategies.

Working in synergy with these teams, you will harness collective expertise to create and implement brand strategies that leave a lasting impact on their target audience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to position their products for success.
  • Lead the development and implementation of compelling communication strategies to engage their target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends.
  • Manage partnerships with key stakeholders to create and optimise the relationships.
  • Track and analyse brand performance metrics and deliver insightful reports.
  • Managing budgets and conduct postlaunch analysis.
  • Lead new product launches from prelaunches to post launch stages.
  • Design partnership marketing strategies for business growth
  • Increase brand consideration, trust and quality.
  • Translate technical features into consumer benefits and develop communication strategies.

Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in brand management roles, showcasing a proven track of record delivering successful marketing strategies.
  • Preferred experience background in FMCG, Consumer goods or Consumer Electronics.
  • Passion for brands and consumercentric mindset that prioritises the consumer's needs and preferences.
  • Strong stakeholder managements and influencing skills, including effective project managements, planning skills.
  • Proficient in analysing date and utilising data driven insights to inform decision making.
  • Solid business, commercial and financial acumen to drive brand success.
  • Experience in budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box when it comes to developing innovative campaigns and strategies.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve results through personal initiatives.
