About the role:

Duties may include:

Preparing ministerial and executive briefing and correspondence
Providing accurate advice and research
Developing productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Program and performance reporting
Maintain strong productive working relationships with external partners
Undertake grant assessments against program grant assessment guidelines

Desirable experience/skills

Sound written and oral communication skills
Deliver work and progress outcomes, with competing priorities, in a timely manner
Work collaboratively as part of a small team
Ability to network and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
Administration including contract or grants management
Drafting routine documentation and maintaining accurate records
