Adecco is proud to be partnered with a growing high-quality whole food supplier in their search for an Accounts Receivable Officer.

Client Details
You will be joining a passionate, inclusive and diverse group of individuals.

The role is based on-site, and there will be a high degree of flexibility offered with working hours (whether you would like before business hours, have school runs or have other commitments, they will work around you).

Description

This role is responsible for:

Working with customers to ensure all documentation is provided to ensure timely payments
Preparing direct debit and credit card upload sheets and contacting customers whose payments have declined
Credit notes processing and followups
Preparing report weekly for debit/credit card payers
Completing aged receivable report weekly and contacting customers who are out of agreed trading terms
Processing payments and refunds

Profile

Several years of experience in an accounts receivable or credit role
Personable and clear phone mannerisms as you will be speaking with customers regularly
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team that assists each other
Competency in Microsoft office products including Excel
