Principal Cost Controller.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for leading the entire cost control effort for the project, and in particular:

Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and mentor project team members and successfully deliver the cost management effort of the project ensuring they meet the client's requirements and budgets
Build strong relationships with the client and members of the crossfunctional team
Review commercial agreements and ensure the project setup (time, cost, technical and performance parameters) aligns to the overall success criteria's for the project
Driving cost engineering controls, methodology and behaviour through creating a continual learning team environment

Qualifications:

About you

A Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field and member of relevant cost bodies
A proven and successful work history in Cost Management in lead roles
Proven experience in a leadership capacity and have been successful in developing high performing project teams
Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility
Substantial experience in implementing business/project plans and delivering successful projects
