We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and curious Personal Assistant/Team Coordinator to join our team and provide full support to the General Manager and the wider WA Leasing team.


Your Opportunity
This is a varied role, in which you'll be juggling multiple priorities and balancing conflicting deadlines.

You will have strong attention to detail, be organised and proactive with a good dose of initiative and urgency when approaching your work and be able to confidently manage your GM's priorities and schedule too.


  • Diary management coordination and set up of meetings between key stakeholders, as well as ensuring requests are managed promptly and any clashes are dealt with
  • Financial administration accurately and efficiently maintain financial records such as expenses, invoices and purchase requisitions
  • Travel and events booking and coordinating travel requirements for GM and team and coordinating meetings and events. Also accommodating visiting executives from our Australian business when the need arises.
  • Presentations and reporting responsible for updating, preparing and distributing reports for the team, collating presentations
  • Administration and Team Support ongoing administrative support along with some adhoc duties in the Support Office to ensure the smooth running of the environment in which your team operates.
