As 6HEAD begins to grow and we open our doors in Perth, we are seeking a
Head Sommelier to join our experienced customer focused team.

You'll be working within an extensive, premium beverage offering predominantly Australian with New Zealand & International Brands from France, Italy, Argentina and the United States, matched with a refined menu,

What are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years of Premium Wine & Beverage Experience

Minimum WSET Level 2 Required:

CMS Sommeliers Course an advantage
Introductory/Certified
Effective planning and time management skills
Problem solving and decisionmaking skills
Interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
Current RSA Certificate/Competency Card
Exceptional personal hygiene and presentation
Service experience, interest, skill and success in the restaurant industry
Excellent understanding of Australian Wine, International Wines/French/Italian/South American, spirits, cocktail knowledge & preparation, beer knowledge
Bar Management
Stocktaking Procedures
Up to date with Beverage trends within the market
