Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Clinical Point of Contact for the organisation
  • Oversight of Psychology Examiners to meet APS Code of Ethics
  • Delegate and oversee psychology testing by the Psychology Examiners
  • Develop and supervise the training and quality assurance program for the Psychology Examiner group
  • Ensure validity and reliability of test practices per Commonwealthapproved standards
  • Drive quality assurance in psychologyrelated policies and procedures
  • Manage and maintain training plans to ensure consistency across clinical suppliers.

Profile

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor of Psychology with current unrestricted registration as a psychologist on AHPRA
  • Ability to obtain WWCC if required
  • Experience in Defence Force Recruiting is desirable
  • Proficiency in electronic reporting systems (e.g., RiskMan, Protecht) and health records/systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in psychometric testing, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and problemsolving abilities
  • Experience in independent psychology determinations, coaching, mentoring, and implementing change and quality assurance projects.
