Talent Pool to be created for Full-Time, Part-Time, Ongoing and Temporary roles within Court Services

Salary - Clerk Grade 7/8 ($101,947 - $112,849) + Super

Your role


This role will be responsible for a team to meet statutory and administrative obligations as well as ensuring high quality and professional service is delivered to clients.


Supervising the team, this role will promote a positive working environment that values ethical behaviour and good performance whilst contributing to the development and implementation of strategies that meet the identified needs of the court's diverse set of clients.


What you'll do

Leading the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing, developing and motivating staff in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Implementing procedures and training to ensure staff are adequately equipped to ensure best practices and standards are provided to clients
  • Minimise grievances, maximise performance and enhance skills
  • Constantly implementing processes and procedures which are always up to date with legislation
  • Dealing with staff issues and providing feedback or counselling to staff
  • Adapting to work in different jurisdictions
  • Liase with stakeholders to ensure service delivery is always at his best
