This iconic WA company are about to embark on a number of projects throughout the company and this has created a need to bring on an experinced Project Coordintor working to front
- line in ensuring that our projects are delivered in the safest manner, and that the day to day support and management of our contractors is maintained to the highest standard

Roster:

2/1 or 8/6 depending on project requirements, at times some ad-hoc rosters and nightshift work may be required

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

Administer project information portals
Manage project documentation on MS Teams ensuring key documentation such as contracts and SOWs are saved centrall
Share relevant documentation and reports with project team members
Being point of contact for various working groups
Develop indepth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
Understanding formal escalation and review processes
Provide support to Program Manager and Project Managers when requested
Workspace planning coordinating facilities management, staff relocations, maintaining seating plans and asset registers, team leave register

Describe the qualifications and skills required to perform the work:

Project coordination experience on global projects across multiple time zones.
Strong organisational skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a cando attitude.
Excellent coordination and time management.
Ability to work in a global environment.
Understanding of delivery methodologies such as PMBOK, Prince 2, MSP or Agile an advantage
