The Company:

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Steamatic Global Recovery (SGR) team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage & coordinate specialist trades & technicians
- Organise & manage multiple restoration projects concurrently
- Grow & maintain relationships multiple internal & external stakeholders
- Clearly communicate & provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Meet & exceed monthly sales targets
- Liaise with management, assessors & internal stakeholders
- Review & manage the ongoing performance of subcontractors
- Manage project cost budgets
- Attend financial (WIP) meetings, ensuring all claims are updated & executed accordingly
- Carry out field audits & targeted QA inspections
- Accurate & timely invoicing

- Construction / Restoration / Project Management background
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Computerliterate,includingMicrosoftExcel,PowerPoint& Outlook
- Understanding of financial acumen
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a highpressure environment
- Proactive nature & good work ethic
- Honest, trustworthy & a high level of integrity
- Valid Australian driver licence
