The Company:

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Steamatic Global Recovery (SGR) team.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Engage & coordinate specialist trades & technicians
  • Organise & manage multiple restoration projects concurrently
  • Grow & maintain relationships multiple internal & external stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate & provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Meet & exceed monthly sales targets
  • Liaise with management, assessors & internal stakeholders
  • Review & manage the ongoing performance of subcontractors
  • Manage project cost budgets
  • Attend financial (WIP) meetings, ensuring all claims are updated & executed accordingly
  • Carry out field audits & targeted QA inspections
  • Accurate & timely invoicing

  • Construction / Restoration / Project Management background
  • Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership & team management skills
  • Computerliterate,includingMicrosoftExcel,PowerPoint& Outlook
  • Understanding of financial acumen
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a highpressure environment
  • Proactive nature & good work ethic
  • Honest, trustworthy & a high level of integrity
  • Valid Australian driver licence
