APPLICATION SUPPORT CONSULTANT required to join a reputable global logistics business in Melbourne.


This organisation has a 4 day in office policy due to the industry they are in and can offer 1 day WFH.

They are located in the

South-East Suburbs of

Melbourne.


Position Overview:


  • Oversee and operate data integrity of integration from external and internal systems
  • Liaise with Developers/Vendor to resolve day to day issues and escalate issues to relevant parties
  • Act as a key touch point for Application Manager and escalation point for Service Desk resources
  • Ensure key internal customers are adequately supported for critical issues

Looking for:


  • Previous experience working in System Administration/Support role while working on T1/T2 ERP systems
  • Strong mix of Functional / Technical skillset
  • Demonstrated experience working within a medium to large business and understand the role ERP solution plays to enhance and optimize business performance
  • SQL Database and scripting experience
  • Experience working with Dynamics AX2009, 2012 or D365 Finance & Operations
    (highly beneficial but not required)
