Through government funded employment services, vocational education and training, our clients support thousands of people living with an illness, injury, or disability, who face personal barriers and considerable challenges entering the workforce and maintaining a job.


About the opportunities:


With a clear vision for growth and a focus on readiness for future employment contracts, these opportunities will suit experienced people leaders with both a strategic mindset and existing relationship development / networking skills.

A proven track-record of establishing the groundwork for future success and achieving sustainable employment outcomes for disadvantaged Australians is essential.


The base salary available for these roles are very competitive and may include tax incentives through salary packaging, and a vehicle allowance.

The location is flexible across Sydney with the opportunities to work from home. Please note some travel will be required.


Role responsibilities:


  • Develop networks and relationships with industry partners and employers on behalf of the employment services division
  • Prepare targets and marketing plans with an emphasis on achieving positive relationships with employers
  • Create stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Review current employer base and lead the thinking / direction / guidance on target employers and contracts
  • Manage and direct staff on targets / KPIs to achieve contractual performance, and financial and growth objectives
  • Build capability in teams to nurture local employer relationships and develop a culture of ownership
  • Regularly provide reports to the senior leadership team as required.

To be successful you should:
  • Be strategic in your thinking and able to prioritise and achieve performance goals in a results
  • oriented environment
  • Be able to build rapport quickly and develop effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders, including large national employers
  • Knowledge and experience of employment services contracts (preferred) or recruitment practices and trends
  • The ability to collaborate across the business and align divisions to achieve successful outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen and proven success in achieving financial targets
  • Proven skills and success in strategically identifying new business opportunities that align with organisation values
  • Excellent communication, data analysis and report writing skills
  • Proven people management experience including the ability to lead by example, inspire, and motivate teams
  • Be highly motivated and able to draw on initiative and business development experience to drive future growth, whilst maintaining highquality employment services
  • A current Drivers Licence and the ability to travel interstate
  • Ability to pass a Federal Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check.
