- Work alongside the industry's top performers to deliver quality projects for local councils and developers.
- Develop maintenance schedules for day to day activities
- Have a thorough understanding of OHS and environmental requirements
- Arrange plant, labour and material resources for the projects
- Daily completion/monitoring of site-specific activities, as well as managing all Maintenance Staff onsite
- Monitor compliance with safety and environmental requirements
- Maintain compliance with the Landscape Maintenance program
- Maintain daily record of site activities
- Ensure clients' quality expectations are being met/exceeded (in accordance with spec)
- Direct and monitor Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Plant Hirers
- Report all non-conformances and assist with recommendations for remedial work
- Good communication skills

- Experience in a similar position within the Landscape Maintenance industry
- Proven ability to constantly deliver high quality Landscape Maintenance projects within budget and program constraints
