Are you a skilled and dedicated individual? We are seeking a dynamic Landscape Construction Foreperson in Sydney, NSW, to spearhead and coordinate the construction delivery of our landscape projects.

About you:

Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
Team Management: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team comprising tradespeople, apprentices, and subcontractors.
Positive Persona: Possess a positive and passionate personality with a strong teamoriented work ethic.
Leadership Qualities: Showcase strong leadership qualities that inspire and motivate the team.

Duties:

Leadership: Utilise your supervisory landscape experience to lead and guide the construction team effectively.
Expertise: Demonstrate your proficiency in building retaining walls, paving, concreting, timber works (decks & pergolas), and other softscape landscaping elements.
Administration: Showcase your organisational skills in handling administrative aspects of landscape projects.
Project Management: Maintain a valid driver's license and adeptly handle various aspects of project management.
Communication: Leverage excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality Focus: Pay meticulous attention to detail, consistently striving for the highest quality results.
